My favorite present from the holidays? A donut pan. Yup. Call me crazy, but you'll also be calling me to try my Chocolate Glazed Donuts. A lot of people doubted that I'd be able to pull this one off, but then I made them try a donut and they immediately shut up. They're that good. Make the haters eat donuts, I always say. As always, they're gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar free, which is extremely dangerous because it convinces you that it's okay to eat two (or five) in one sitting.
Like I mentioned in a recent Instagram story, I've had to make a few changes to my diet. So, in an effort to focus even more on improving my gut health, I've been making a few food swaps. I made these donuts with maple syrup rather than honey, because honey is actually higher in FODMAPS. But, for those who are on the SCD diet, or those who just happen to have honey on hand, the two can easily be interchanged.
