Favorite pictures of mine don’t happen all the time, but when they do, they look like this. I've been craving a fat stack of pancakes lately and that’s exactly what I made myself this morning. The recipe is super simple. All you'll need is:
1 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of yogurt (see my latest recipe)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
I prefer mine to be less sweet so that it saves room for allll of the sweet toppings. Can't you tell from the drizzle? But, you can add in 1 tbsp of honey if SCD or maple syrup if Low FODMAP. Told you it was simple!
